Maclean Ildikó
I graduated from Kossuth Lajos University in Debrecen in 1994 majoring in Biology and Chemistry. I started teaching in a vocational school in the II. district, training future chemists. Couple years later I had an offer to join the staff of the BME ISGS in 1997 together with my husband. Eversince I started teaching (including the practice teaching during the university years) it became essential for me. My aim is to help students to increase their vocabulary in addition to their subject knowledge.
In both schools I have taught at, I participated in several international projects relating to project teaching, running a student government, building international relationships with other schools from all over the world. As a result we have an active exchange program with a Finnish school from Kerava.
Beside teaching I help Ildiko Varga, our principal to manage the life of the school since 2005 as the vice principal.
