Information on Admission

Dear Parents,                                                                                                                                 

According to a new legislation: Decree of the Ministry of Human Capacities (10/2020) parents can no longer send admission related documents to schools directly via e-mail. They should use the central administrative software: „KRÉTA e-Ügyintézés” to upload personal documents. The other option is simply visiting the school in person providing the necessary documents during the registration period.

We would like to inform you about the registration for the next semester.

Registration:  16-17-18-19 June 2020. You can come in from 9 am to 1 pm and bring the following documents with you.

Or

you can upload these required documents to the „KRÉTA” software using the e-Ügyintézés platform where you should choose  the “Beiratkozás középfokú intézménybe” (BKI) option.

Do not send any copies via email

Required documents:

Student’s:

-          copy of previous students records

-          ID card or passport

-          copy of the residence card

-          valid residency permit

-          HU Health Insurance (or a copy of the health coverage)

-          Medical information/immunization records

-          photo (3,5x4,5 cm), NEK sheet

-          proof of paid foundation support

Parent’s:

-          copy of the identity card or copy of the passport

-          copy of the residence card

-          valid residency permit

By law we request the continuous presence of a parent or legally appointed guardian of the student with sole responsibility to guarantee full time medical insurance.
